EstatePro — Terms and Conditions

EstatePro is a digital estate management platform that helps estates, residents, and administrators manage communication, payments, access control, and operations. The Service may include account management, visitor records, dues payment, vendor coordination, and internal messaging.

2. Eligibility

By using EstatePro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of your estate, residence, or organization. Administrators registering estates are responsible for the accuracy of estate information provided.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to access most features.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree to notify us immediately at contactus@estatepro.estate if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful and estate-related purposes.
• Do not share another user’s personal information without consent.
• Do not upload malicious software or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
• Respect other members and administrators using the platform.

5. Estate Administrator Obligations

Estate administrators are responsible for:

• Verifying and managing member access within their estate.
• Ensuring communications sent via EstatePro comply with applicable laws.
• Managing and updating estate details (fees, contact info, etc.).

6. Payments and Fees

Some features, such as payment collection or vendor services, may involve fees. EstatePro may facilitate payments via third-party payment processors. You agree to the following:

• All payments are securely processed by authorized third-party providers.
• We do not store card details unless explicitly stated.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Disputes related to payments should first be raised with your estate administrator or the vendor involved.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software within EstatePro are the property of EstatePro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for estate management purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
